This introduction is by special request and it's brought to you in part by Randall, Dean, and Scott--the voices inside my head who never stop arguing.  I was introduced to this site by Father Luke and because I enjoy reading his work, I thought what the hell.  Let's see what this Literary Mary is all about.

So far I like what I see.  The honesty.  Some of the work.  The vulnerability.

But this is suppose to be an introduction so back to this Randall guy.  I'm 36 years old but I've lived the life of a sixty year old and my inner child is on life support. My writing is often an inter-monologue and putting the words on the page has a better outcome than a bullet in the brain.  Some write for money or fame.  I do it because it's my only weapon against dying.  Death will win someday but for now I write to keep it at a distance.

There isn't much to introduce.  I inch through the days like anyone else eating, shitting, and dying.  I struggle with writing about myself but I believe that one can get a sense of who I am or who I am not by reading my work.  If you have any questions, ask.  I'll answer anything.  Thanks for letting me hang.

More coming soon. Promise.  I've been away from the keys longer than I'd like to admit.  It's killing me.  I'll be returning soon.  Almost done with my other rat killing.

"rat killing." It's an expression.  Sorta like, "I've got many irons in the fire."  or "I need to get all my ducks in a row."  Rat killing is among the less popular expressions I'm guessing.  It's common in the south. At least that's where I heard it most.
