it's one thing to banter about someone but being called a pedophile, having my user name changed without permission and withholding my ability to close the account and take the work down is a little much

i do not wish to be a part of this site any more

i don't think i can make myself more clear

I will remove your work, but I will not delete your account.

You will not receive notification, and no one will have access to your creativity.

In that respect, you can consider your account close.

When you signed up, the rules stated clearly that we will no longer delete accounts.

It also says that we reserve the right to limit a member's account as we
see fit.

when i signed up, i was not given the opportunity to view the said rules before opening the account...you (or your dear father) did it for me and sent me an e mail with my screen name...no rules...no check yes to agree....no nothing

there would be no vitriol had my screen name not been altered in a fit of childish rage by an unstable and possibly dangerous person...calling someone a pedophile is also a little much, especially from someone who associates himself so closely with the likes of some of them most well-known pedophiles in the world...

thank you for removing my work...my account is no longer mine - it never has been - enjoy padding the numbers on an empty site with it...

As to your personal opinions of Father Luke or priests in general, those aren't my concerns.

As to your other hateful words, I didn't earn them so they also do not concern me.

LiteraryMary has never been concerned about numbers. If we had been, we would have kept the number of members we had before we switched servers.

I simply don't deal in petty threats.

If you have a problem with Father Luke, I suggest you contact him yourself. His contact information is posted on the web.

what my friends do is none of my business....i do not take responsibility for their actions....they are as appalled as i am at the devolution of this situation as i am and their forms of expression happen to be of the more forceful type...

and when i said that no further contact was necessary, i meant with father luke...i apologize for not being clear on that..

i apologize for inconveniencing you again jennifer, but if you won't close my account, would you please make sure that my screen name remains the same?...i am writing to you because you took action and helped me, not because i think you work for me...i don't understand the childish need for whomever is delighting in changing the screen name, but it's really ridiculous to deny someone the ability to close an account and then continuously amend the screen name to reflect juvenile thoughts...please, let me close the account and be done with this...i would never ask this of you had i been afforded the benefit of reading the rules before my account was created...thank you again for your time

I don't know what your problem is but stealing anothers work will most certainly be grounds for a civil suit. If I were you, I would remove Dedo1968's work from your site and close her account. At this point I am ready to hire the attorney myself for her. It's people like you that have destroyed this country. You have no morals or decency. Go play God with someone else.

If you think this is an idle threat... think again. While I am not an attorney myself, I have FREE access to several who are family members and would love nothing more than to destroy your life for what you are doing. It's ok to disagree with someone and tell them so. It is not ok to do what you are doing.

And, your pic does look like Michael Jackson.... AFTER all the plastic surgery. Just saying.

First off, it states clearly in our rules that although we will allow members to delete their work themselves, I do not delete accounts.

Secondly, if you sue me what do you figure you're going to get? I'm a single mother with absolutely nothing to her name.

I don't appreciate your tone or your threats.

I will delete the work of the person you are speaking of, but no, I will not delete the account.

Since she couldn't access her account, she couldn't delete her work. You changed her name to something fowl ... libelous. I could care less what you have... more interested in putting people like you, who have no class or common decency, out of business. Thank you for taking her work down. Now you need to either change her name back to what she signed up under or delete her account.

Web sites get shut down all the time for infringement. It doesn't matter if it's free or not.

I was addressing whoever changed her name to reference a pedophile and blocked her ability to remove her work. I believe that is you so I have no need to contact anyone else.
